Here is the half-yearly catch-up for 2022

 

1 – Write whatever books I feel like.

2 – Do the half-yearly catch-up, which won’t really be much.

3 – Do my yearly Jackie Collins post.

4 – Release a novel, blog about it here and across @tiarakinghq, and @royalstarpublishing.

5 – MAYBE upload a new theme and logo.

6 – Do a full year catch-up.

 

I’ve only written one book, YAY!, but I do hope to write a few others this year.

I’ve done the half-yearly catch-up post. YAY!

3 and 4 will happen in September. 5 may or may not happen. 6 will happen at the end of November.

 

Yeah… Well, it is only the first of July. I have another six months to go, although only five blogging months.

So I’m doing pretty well and I’m right on schedule.

YAY!

 

 

Carrying on from BEFORE, this year’s list is going to be kept short and sweet.

This year has been full of “stuff” to do which has done nothing but suck me down into a quagmire of suffocating crap. But, I managed to achieve a fair bit. Especially early on. And you can read the original post here…

 

Here’s what I had ALREADY achieved in the first month of the 2021…

 

– 1 – I closed down the Porn Star Brothers website and moved much of it here to L.J. DIVA. This process started in November, and is now finished.

– 2 – So that means I added a lot of special pages here at LJD with exciting extras concerning the Porn Star Brothers series. The Story’s Timeline, Family Tree, Business Tree, Book Quotes, and Character Lists were added to the menu. I also added extras for the four novels in Book Quotes and Character Lists, AND added a HOT MEN page full of pics of the men who have inspired the characters in my books, along with hot men in general to inspire heroes in anyone’s novels.

– 3 – Reworked the book pages so all of the books are now on the BOOKSTORE page and then link off to their individual pages which have many store links to buy from, plus other relevant information.

– 4 – Spiffied up the front page a little by adding two sections for the PSB series and extras, and changed the “For Your Enjoyment” section to Novels. I also changed out the social media apps for pics at the bottom. I prefer them more than the useless widgets that never update properly. And it’s the three I’m on most.

– 5 – Sent 544 blog posts back into draft mode, purely because after twelve years they no longer reflect who I am, or where I want to take this website.

Let’s get into what I achieved in October first…

 

– 1 – Get November’s blog post done.

– 2 – Keep posting weird things on social media. 

– 3 – Start reorganising my life and work schedules to be more in sync with each other so I can actually get some books written and take time off.

– 4 – Start writing a novel for release next year!

 

Yep, I have JUST started that novel. I’m going slow and taking my time.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA!

 

I also had a bit of a cull on social media. I culled my Tumblr blog, which was just this one being sent through to Tumblr, my Disqus account, my Youtube channel, so all videos are gone, and I’ve asked for the deletion of my Bloglovin’ account. If it’s not being used frequently, or I’m never there, it’s going.

This month, in this year, serves as ANOTHER anniversary.

 

This time it’s the ten year anniversary of the first ACTUAL paperback printing (via CreateSpace) of the original Hollywood Dreams and Falling for London.

Under their ridiculous (seriously, I have no idea how or why I came up with such ridiculous names) first titles of Life and Death Adventures in London, and How I Won Lotto, Moved To LA And Married A Really Huge TV Star! they came to fruition and I first posted about them here on 11/10/11, and then you can see the originals here on 13/10/11. Ten years ago this month.

My babies have come such a long way!

WOOHOO!

Let’s get into what I achieved in August from the list of things to get done…

 

– 1 – Get a new logo made.

– 2 – See if I can watch the Jackie Collins doco.

– 3 – Get September’s blog post done.

 

Two of those things did not get done. The Jackie doco is still not available here in Aus, so that will have to wait. And the logo is on the list, but other things have taken over the budget. I’m hoping to get it done by by next year along with a new web theme.
